Average stay, better choose rooms without break
The rooms were good. Service could have been better. For instance the soap dispenser was empty when we checked in. Took long for someone to come and fill it. I called for wifi password, they said they will call back, but I had to call them again after half an hour. The food is ok if given complimentary with the room. But in this case we had chosen the rooms with breakfast and paid extra for it. We felt it would have been better if we got the room without breakfast as it was not worth the extra money we paid.

Good Stay
Hotel is good especially washroom in superior room which i have booked , located in prime location near to railway station and good thing is they have restaurant , there are many restaurents near by and it's 1km away from temple. Can improve tv quality

Great Stay
It was good, got an early check-in as well, Staff was decent and good buffet breakfast as well. Room was decent, cleaned and well-maintained. Cons- TV was not recharged, complementary beverages were not kept properly, asked them to clean the room and washroom and to change the towels, but they did not do it.

Terrible Stay
One of the waste hotel i have ever stayed. Customer service is terrible staffs are very arrogant not ready to hear the customer voice. Rooms and toilets are not clean. Mosquitoes in the room. Paid almost 2500 rupees for one day very small room there is no table/ space for having food also. My suggestion is that as a reputed company makemytrip my discontinue the relationship with this hotel. They are not valued customer satisfaction terrible stay will not forget the day ever in my life

Decent room, but hygiene needs improvement
I stayed in the room, and while it was generally good, i had some concerns. The toilet did not provide essential items like a toothbrush, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bed was not properly cleaned, as i found someone else’s hair on it. These issues impacted my overall experience.

familySome of the rooms are claustrophobic. We had a terrible experience. Most of the rooms were booked by a single group from north india. The management irresponsibly let them cook their own food all 3 times and wash utensils throughout the night, and we couldn't sleep because of their noise. Management didn't take any action to our complaints. The hotel is conveniently located but with shabby rooms, irresponsive staff, below average food and with very little parking space.

only location is good, rest is all below average
soloThe hotel is located very close to the railway station but the bathroom is very bad, as well as the hideous lights that is very disturbing to the eyes. I got my room changed as they gave me near the breakfast area and then I was shifted to the ground floor , still not quiet as the outside noise was there because of the movement.
