Found my safe harbor for solo travel here. Room was secure and comfortable. Staff made me feel protected and welcome always.

Work trip was extremely successful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff facilitated business travel smoothly.

We are two people but they are given 1 bath soap and 1 towel,not customer friendly.. And no parking facility

Great retreat for solo adventures. Staff understood my needs and room was perfect for independent travel.

Horrendous, cockroaches all over . Very dirty bed spread , torn. Bathroom wet and no hot water . Terrible experience

Cheap and very Worst stay … Will never suggest anyone these Hotel is very worst and Not at all professional. We had a stay last week booked through MMT. First of all they are not at all interested in booking through MMT . Hotel is managed by OYO Rooms I believe. We reached at night 10 after a long travel they made us wait almost half an hour at reception. Reception guy was on call and he made us wait for such a long time. After a long wait we were told the booked rooms are not availiable as it was completely filled. They told only one room availiable that is too small because of the time constraints we are forced to take that room. It’s in the 4 th floor complete Dark floor and the room size was too small and complete items was in a torn shape . AC looks half broken and bed size was very small to sleep 2. Restaurant in the top floor was run by different management or people which was again a different story. Worst to worst thing toilet flush was not working and when informed in reception it’s told nothing to be done. There was water issues also in the room for which they told water is over and waiting for tanker to fill the same . Guys never ever book in this place they will make your Day Hell. Thanks and sharing my experience you can give your try.

room smells bad,pillows and bed spreads are unclean. my suggestion don't book to stay this hotel. try some other good hotel.

stay was pleasant and hotel staff cooperative. hotel was neat and clean. but The restaurant attached was not neat and clean.

I find this hotel on make my trip. Its the nearest hotel near Trivandrum museum, and have affordable amount. And having good ambience.

Good place and location. Near to Railway and Bus station. Food Quality is good. Room was clean. Price was reasonable.

Toilet flush was not working, no response from the hotel side

The room ambience was quite good, there was no disturbances. Customer service is really friendly and supportive. Parking was bit congested and couldn’t park the car inside the premises but safe parking was available in front of the premises.

The hotel looked mostly like a glorified lodge. Seems like the building was extended and the remnants of the original part is visible. On dec 22, 2024, the flush was not working. The manager gave attributed to pumping of water issues etc.

Location: From the main railway station and Bus stand perspective, it's little far. Walkable distance to MG Road, Museum, Bakery Junction. It's a silent area. There are no nearby restaurants by the hotel has a rooftop restaurant. It would be easy if you mention this hotel's old name: Nandanam Park incase you need assistance with the location or guide the taxi driver. Accomodation: Hassle free. The staff were quick to allot the room and friendly to help. The room was good for the price. Neat and tidy. The bathroom was surprisingly large. All facilities which you normally see in budget hotels were present. On the fourth floor, without AC it was pretty hot. There is a rooftop restaurant. If you want to pin point some drawback , the bathroom floor was quite slippery. Since there was a BAR running in the same building, I thought it would be very noisy. But at least on the fourth floor, there were no disturbances as such. Also the bar is situated on a side with a separate entrance. I guess the window of the bathroom was normal plain glass which can cause privacy issues. I was a solo traveler and I stayed for a week. Overall it was a comfortable and hassle free stay.

*hotel review: super town house (formerly nandanam park) i stayed at super town house from december 7th, and my experience was extremely disappointing. *check-in issues* when i arrived at 12 pm, i was allocated a 4-bedroom room temporarily by receptionist ullas. He said due to maintenance issues i had to wait to get 5 days before booked 2-bedroom. The same receptionist asked me to shift my luggage from the first room to the double room, which he did himself as i was out with my work. *subpar room conditions* the room had: 1. Dirty bedsheets 2. Non-functional toilet flush 3. Dusty fan 4. Used toiletries like soap 5. Untidy chairs 6. Ac temperature control issues 7. Unremoved toilet cleaner 8. Empty hand wash and liquid soap *unhelpful staff* when i reported the issues to room boy jishnu unfortunately, my concerns were met with an uncooperative attitude and dismissiveness. Receptionist shijith was unavailable, citing end of duty. *conclusion* this was my worst hotel experience, compounded by poor customer service. I hope management addresses these concerns promptly.
