Google map location incorrect , water leakage from AC, AC was not cooling properly and burned switches in the room

Contact number of the hotel was not shared .. location given in the invoice was wrong , because of which I travelled for closely 10 kms extra in my car .. lots of inconvenience at late night ... Clarity is to be maintained. Also a call from the hotel reception to be made to ensure whether the guest is coming or not..

Terrible room. The room had terrible smell. The room had a hole on the wall which makes the room visible from outside. The ac is not having any cooling effect. Never ever visit this place

The room was clean but very old. The bed was really hard and not comfortable. The wifi was very slow. But overall good.

Rude and arrogant staffs

They cancel-led our stay and made us stranded. We paid and booked the room 4 days earlier. Though before reaching one hour to the hotel, they called and said rooms are not available and cancel-led our stay.

3k is not worth for this hotel. It should be around 800rs and max 1k. Hotel is very unhygienic. There is no toiletries and no one to pick up the luggage.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service

The stay was actually gud i really enjoyed it. Nice and clean room with an ambient lighting which makes gud to make some memories. So i will highly recommend it. Do check it out. Thank you
