I had a wonderful stay at Carmel Hotel. The staff on duty were exceptionally attentive and professional, which made my stay very comfortable. The hygiene and cleanliness of the room were impressive, maintaining high standards throughout my visit. The overall room arrangement and facilities met my expectations perfectly. I truly appreciated the excellent service and care taken by the hotel staff. This place is definitely recommended for anyone seeking a clean and well-managed hotel with courteous service.

location and stay are very good, but no restaurent facility. Clean bathroom etc. But water pressure in shower and faucets are very poor. All other points are very good.

We had two rooms booked at Carmel Court at Thiruvananthapuram. The location of the property is good. The staff was helpful. In one of the rooms, there was no towel rod in the washroom. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained. We had a very comfortable stay at Carmel Court

The location is perfect, it is in the heart of the city but it's not perfectly by the road, that is good, had heater, no powercut, excellent service etc
