Ariya Nivaas - A Vegetarian Hotel

excellent location and great staff Very good location, close to both railway station and bus station,

Family friendly and stay was quite decent and the railway station was just a walk distance

This hotel offer nice stay, but the room size washroom are small and felt inconvenience. Car parking is available as multi level parking facility but will not operate beyond 10 pm. Also you have to wait long to retrieve the car. The price is expensive compared to the facilities offered. Not recommended for pleasant stay.

Initially I booked a non ac room as it us now winter. but the room which I booked through your App was very small and congested so I asked the receptionist to allot ac room instead. they charged 1000 rupees extra. so I had to pay 3600 plus for a small congested room. decided not to have a stay there again.

The hotel is very comfortable and good. It's next to the Railway Station so easy accrss just walkable. The veg resturant served excellent food. Overall, the staff was responsive to all my needs. Worth the money spent.

Room was cleaned. Location is in the middle of the city. Reception behaviour was good. Overall very good experience

We reached in the night. The room size was just fine. There was no in-room dining option, but there are 2 restaurants at the property. Staff was just fine, food was good. It's a ok place to stay given you do not want to spend too much just for a night stay

Location is good, Looks to be popular in families lot if Guests staying with family. Vegetarian restaurant is very good. Walkable distance from Railway station and bus stand . Multilevel car parking available. Rooms are well maintained . Though small in size well furnished with good road view.

The foul smell in Toilet/bathroom was unbearable,the reason being there is no Proper Exhaust system available,even though a centralised blower is employed for namesake,suction is 0.25 metres/second instead of 10 - 12 metres/ second technically,All 32 rooms have the same fate i believe as we heard from other customers.Everything else has been planned except the Exhaust system.We thoroughly discourage stay here

Called us very early to check out early as they were saying it was too rush there so and also first they told we will be getting 24 hours time and later it changed

Hotel is at prime location with good availability of vegetarian food, parking and easy access to railway station, bus stand and the Landmark of the City “SriAnanta Padamanabha Swamy”. Value for money. Improvement: Hotel must provide small fridge like all standard hotels do as we were travelling with kids and it helps to keep milk and kids food item safe.

The property was clean and well matianed I liked the colour combination The place has food there itself and Has ac and non ac restaurant Overal stay was comfortable

Wonderful stay hygiene room and good service

The bathroom does not have exhaust fan. Room is bit congested. No enough free space in room. Food at restaurant is good.

Room was very small with no ventilation. It was very dusty too. Not a good place to stay.

Very congested room and people in reception should be polite and need to improve their service.

Rooms are ok as per price, Tower Parking is pain : if you are brining you’re car then find a different hotel. Restaurant is nice and pure vegetarian

The hotel is extremely famous for its veg restaurant. And the food is very good and reasonable. The restaurant is fully packed for the entire day. And every staff of the hotel is busy serving in the restaurant. Perhaps thats why the hotel doesn't offer any room service or staff service to guests. The rooms are clean, well maintained. But they have no room service nor they respond to anything on call. The veg restaurant is their priority and its worth it to have food there. However the location of the hotel is very close to station, bustand and temples.

They have charged extra for the mattress. They did not inform about it. Also In the internet also they mentioned about it.Rather they have advertised like bed is comfortable for family of four.

cleaning could be better, curtains were dirty. The exhaust fan inside the restroom was not working. leaving this , it's ok to stay there for 2 days. if there are elderly people, remember there is no room service
