The Heartland Business Hotel

The day when I stayed there.One and half hours no electricity. There is no ventilation, fan or Ac did not work because of no electricity.That one and half hours was terrible.The next day lift also didn't work my stay was third floor so coming down and up is very difficult that is also a bad experience. Overall iam not interested.

We stayed two days and we were not supplied bath towels etc for 2nd day. And the service quality is somewhat not satisfactory.

Decent stay in this rate and very near to railway station and bus stand. Staffs are supportive. Rooms are neat and clean but hot water not available at night Decent stay. Staffs are very supportive and professional Easily accessible location

The location is very good. It is very near the railway station. Again it is in the heart of the city. The rooms are good, cosy and comfortable with sir conditioners. There is one disadvantage. It has no attached restaurant. It has been closed.

The property was well maintained. Room was very clean and well furnished. The linen were clean and fresh. Bathroom was very clean and hot water was available 24 hours. No food taken at the property. The staff were all well very good and behaved well. Over All, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and I do recommend it for others.

Excellent stay experience.. the staffs were so polite.. Rooms were pretty clean and neat especially the washroom maintained so well.... I’m completely satisfied with the stay experience.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left much to be desired and definitely needs improvement. The quantity of food served was generous, but the quality was just average. Overall, it's a decent option if you value good service and portion sizes, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and food quality

Average hotel, dental kit ,water bottles etc was not available . Goof for a transit stay. Rooms are small but well furnished.

Worst, hotel smells like a bar, drinking and smoking. Rooms are worst, we stayed in 113, my kid was playing with toy and his toy fell under cot, belo the cot, which is horrible, they didnt clean it for decades. All the dust, used wraps, used bottles its worst we noticed just before checking out otherwise we should have vacated it earlier. And food for break fast they have only two options puri and upma, we had puri and my son vomited it once we reched airport. Oily lot of oil. Even coffee and milk are worst, a kind of smell in them. I never recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

It was an overnight stay and I am impressed with the facilities. It was value for money. The place is only a stone away from the Central Railway Station and Bus Station. Anyone coming down to Trivandum may consider this place and may not regret! The room was clean and neat.

Very poor experience. Not at all guest supportive. No centralised AC. Wash rooms are with slippery tiles. children and aged people are to be very careful otherwise you will fell down. amenities are only for name sake. kept hanger but not usable. internet WiFi also not good. they will provide the password but no use. Very interesting thing is they will provide breakfast at 8.30 am!!! also don't expect buffet. Either one set of poori baji or idly sambar. not even ask whether anymore is want. reception people are not guest friendly. moreover if you want some housekeeping service, you have to call them atleast twice. Price is very high and very poor service...they will claim it as a business hotel..my advice for the hotel people is that at you visit atleast one business hotel who are providing good services even less than your hotel price....dears please think twice before booking the hotel... please don't waste your good time in this hotel... also parking is horrible..bathroom exhaust fan not there..so always bad smell

Hotel is at very gud location, hotel is also nice but maintenance is not there. Washroom condition is not so good. Room smells like someone is smoking.

The Heartland hotel is always a good stay. The restaurant needs to be operational in full swing though.

No proper staff, no hot water in the washroom, service phone was not working and complementary breakfast was also poor.

The property's location is good; it is near Trivandrum Central Railway Station, and they provide a good breakfast.
