Had a great time with good food and good ambience. But the only suggestion is please add sound proof Even open and closing of the next room door disturbs other guests

EB fluctuation was there in both rooms and that too very frequently. Morning breakfast was not properly served. Since idly and poori are fried and dried. Not able to provide the food to kids. No options available apart from egg for kids. No proper parking area. No proper room service

It was a very comfortable stay with good rooms and bathroom .. Jain food was also available on request.

The hotel has a great location—just a short walk from the Trivandrum railway station and bus stand, which is very convenient. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent spread. However, the initial room we were given had no working AC or hot water. We had to call several times before getting a room switch. Housekeeping could be improved—a half-used toilet paper roll was kept in the bathroom initially, and when we asked for a replacement, we were handed a very dirty-looking one that was unusable. The bath towels also looked quite old and worn out. If the management pays more attention to room maintenance and cleanliness, this could be a much better stay.

The property is well maintained. no issues with water or electricity. the food was delicious and fresh and top of that it was affordable. the rooms were spacious with centralized AC and room service was prompt. the rooms were very clean and properly maintained. washroom had no single dirt stain. the only issue was the network of the WiFi. loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Location as well as food was good. Staff was helpfull and very co-operative. Room was neat and clean . All electric appliances were in working condition and well maintained. Over all it was a nice experience..Thank you MMT

Good quality rooms. Courteous staff. Good quality food. Food reasonably priced. Very near to Railway station and Secretariat at Thampanoor. Roof top facility for parties. Well maintained. Spacious rooms. Good air conditioning and hot water supply. Good housekeeping. Overall well managed.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel yesterday. The service was excellent, with every staff member being attentive and professional. The rooms were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. A special mention to the receptionist whose warm care and welcoming attitude truly made me feel at home.

I booked a Deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 children, expecting it to comfortably accommodate all of us. However, the bed provided was not suitable for four people. When I requested an extra bed at the reception, I was told it would cost an additional ₹1600. This information was not clearly mentioned during booking. I had travelled over 700 km from Chennai, and the next day I had to return from Kerala to Chennai. Without proper sleep, this journey becomes very risky and exhausting. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to consider the customer’s point of view or show much concern for our situation. This was very disappointing.

This hotel is very near to the temple. The rooms were spacious and food was also good. Overall reception is also responsive.

Easily accessible from railway station, bus stand and airport. Clean and well maintained. Prompt room service. Room delivered after an hour and half. Neglectful and poor restaurant service. No response from restaurant staff even after an hour of ordering food. Poor unstable wifi connection. Noisy repeated beeping sound from neighboring doors throught the night made it difficult to get a proper sleep.
