This property is located at a walking distance from the railway station and KSRTC bus station. The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the complimentary breakfast has a very limited variety, and the room size could have been bigger. Some guests have complained about the condition of the rooms, with cockroaches and rats being present, and broken buckets and mugs in the bathrooms. Mosquitoes and heat have also been an issue for some guests. On the positive side, the property has spacious rooms, and the staff is generally good. The hotel is not up to standard to be booked via a portal.There is no drinking water nor proper hot water facilities for showering and is not fit for families to stay in. Receptionists were also very poor in terms of communication with us
