This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time, everything was excellent — the room was very neat, clean, and comfortable. However, during my recent stay, I was a bit disappointed. The room was just okay this time, and the washbasin was quite dirty, which affected the overall experience. I hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness, as the hotel has the potential to provide a great stay.

The facilities were below average for the rent they charge. Not even a bottle of drinking water they’ve provided free. The shelf and windows were not clean.

The response wasn’t positive for bookings. No water heater facility specially which requires in winter season

Service is good, eventhough blanket and hot water was not provided in the room, the staff immediately responded and provided the amenities, but location is not recommended for families and there were lots of mosquitoes that disturbed sleep , the cleaning staff managed to clean the rooms and bathrooms but there was something unpleasant smell in the room, I will provide average rating.

not great, but not terrible either. The room was clean but a bit outdated. Staff were polite, though not particularly attentive. Overall, it did the job for a short stay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again

Had booked a deluxe double room for my visit along with my family, including a 4 year old kid. They didn't give us even a bottle of drinking water. Also there were no blankets in the room. They were only bothered about when we will check out. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't know how they got an above average rating in the app. Maybe paid ratings.

This hotel is not good for families and has no facilities and clothes are not good and the sleeping bed is not good and not comfortable for sleep and price also high

location is good. no hot water no restaurant no other aminities. nothing more to express

Place was close to Trivandrum Central railway station and bus terminus. Room was normal. Ok for a short stay. No in house restaurant. Booking says AC rooms. But we got one room with AC but without Remote so could not use. Second room had no AC. Did not have hot water Grazer and no hot water all times. I stayed for only one night, room and toilet were good but they didn't provide a blanket and there were a lot of mosquitoes and hence it was terrible to sleep. The stay was very good. very clean room and customer care was excellent. very much near to ksrtc bus stand. 👍👍

Location is super. Amenities are somewhat OK. No food was available. there was not much requirement for the services.

hotel ke paas nala hai jiske paani ki aawaj bhut pareshan karti hai room me, mene meri family ke liye 2 room liye the 17 and 18 jisme mirror ganda tha, dustbin nahi tha, bed pr 2 gadde the dono gadde ke beech me gap tha, pura room me gandi smell thi. pani ki bottle ke liye 20rs aalag se charge kia,

ya it's good for stay and also friendly budget and main thing it's too nearest from Trivendrum bus stand and central railway station..it's walkable distance
