The property is fast deteriorating from poor standards of house keeping. Inadequate pest control due to which there is cockroach infestation, unclean shower heads, water freely flowing from wet area to dry area in bathrooms, etc. I have been a regular at this hotel but next time I will think more than twice!

Such a lousy hotel. cockroaches in the bed sheet. Deafening AC sound like an old bus. The TV has only audio and no video Heavy water clogging in the washroom. two minutes into your bath, your feet are submerged

Worst service ever in my experience. Staff were incompetent and lack any kind of customer service. The location was good but the stay was well below for the money paid. Bad bathroom and saw cockroaches in the room worst room service ever. Will never book in KTDC chaithram in the future
