Worst service ever in my experience. Staff were incompetent and lack any kind of customer service. The location was good but the stay was well below for the money paid. Bad bathroom and saw cockroaches in the room worst room service ever. Will never book in KTDC chaithram in the future

The property and amenities are very good and the location is easily accessible as it is close to railway station and bus stand. The staffs were nice and polite. Everything was good except for the food. We felt that quality and taste of food could have been better. Highly recommended in every other aspect for a budget friendly stay suitable for family.

Location is nearest to ksrtc Central bus stand&Railway station, reachable is very convenient. Food both veg and nonveg is excellent with deletious and amazing and reasonable rate. Fecility is well cleaned hygienic.Apprach from hotel lobby is very good and comfortable. Room service and roomboys is very modest.

Check-in was easy. The room was spacious. However some bathroom fittings were broken. There was also small cockroaches in the room.

The AC was too noisy. This same situation happened last time. I hope the same will be fixed before my next visit.

Easy to find, because it was near railway station. I have a great experience there. It was my second time staying there.

KTDC Grand Chaitram was great. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location-wise, it’s perfect—close to the railway station and right in the heart of the city. Definitely a solid choice for a hassle-free stay.

Overall was good. the rooms itself and the location of the hotel was very good. its really close to Padmanabha Samy temple and railway station. the breakfast was also good.

Well maintained property in the heart of the city, walkable to all prime locations including Central Railway Station, Central bus station, Padhmanabha Swamy Temple and Pazhavangady Vinayaka temple. Also many restaurants are available within walkable proximity.

It was an excellent experience staying at Chaithram. The hotel is at a walkable distance from railway station. The rooms were neat and clean and the customer service was really good.

Food -Ok Location -Good Facilities -Poor (Rooms are very small, extra bed given after demand but Blanket and Bedsheet was in pathetic condition. Overall an average property with high rent per night.
