Very bad hotel. Entry is infront of local bar

Very bad hotel and surroundings. We have to enter infront of local bar of hotel. I was feeling sad and angry every time i entered the hotel. There were many drunk people and i was feeling disgusted in-front of my family for booking this room. And room also the corridors are too dark without lights. And it was looking like some underworld region. It was a very bad experience for us. It was nowhere mentioned that we will have to enter infront of bar to this hotel.

Memorable trivandrum

Special thanks to the front office management by providing us an early check in. Overall it was a good experience from check in till next day check out. All three times we took food from here & it was good. Rooms also have the decent size & clean.

Starting from reception launge, quality of furniture is very low. seats are torn and smelly. room equipments are old and in a four star or three star hotel , we expect something better.

Check in was not a great one though we came early morning. No one to receive us. But we didnÂ’t have to wait since it was blocked. Good one. The room allotted to us is excellent. Service is good. Staffs are very courteous. Room service was fast and food is very good n price is reasonable. Nice entrance pond where u can see some golden fishes. Overall amazing experience. We will definitely recommend n will come back.
