Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not a positive one. I was let down by the poor state of the room. It was not properly cleaned, the bedsheets seemed used, and the presence of cockroaches was very unsettling. Additionally, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was out of order. There was also a lapse in service, as my room was not cleaned during my stay. The behavior of the front desk staff was also disappointing and unprofessional, which soured the experience further. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to make necessary improvements for future guests.

I booked an AC room, but they provided a non-AC room. The reason is that the cost is very low on MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip has to sort out this issue.

This is a lodge, not a hotel. Just a shelter for a traveller. Ac is not sufficient for the room size taking hours to cool the room

After i booked in the above mentioned hotel, i did not get the booking there, all the rooms were closed and then i was transferred to one of their hotels. I got a very bad experience. I can't get my money back.

The hotel met the required standards for cleanliness. The amenities, linens, towels, and bed were excellent.

You should refund meals money. They didn’t provide breakfast. Hello

My friend and i really loved our stay. The area is really nice. The bed and furnishings felt like home. The room felt like home.

For the first time when i was searching for the hotel, i was able to simply book it. Perfect hotel it is.

It is a hotel worth recommending. I found very comfortable to stay here. Hotel staff was very responsive and quick. Overall, an excellent place.

The room itself was neat and clean, and the sleeping area was well-organized with a comfortable bed and fresh blankets and bedsheets.

The hotel says that they didn’t receive the booking confirmation from makemytrip side so i can’t able to check in and i book another room directly from the hotel via cash

I didn’t stay at that hotel. This is the first time i’m experiencing such a terrible situation from such a kind of worst hotel receptionist. Once i reached their he just welcome me in a local manner like “ dey what’s the matter “. After that he said that they are not accepting the booking from make my trip. If i need room i need to pay extra 1500-. Seeing his attitude i don’t want to stay in that hotel and left from there paid 1800- and stay in other hotel for that i need to incur additional loss of 800- apart from that the main issues is that i have came to trivandrum for my sister’s surgery or checkup before surgery i took the room. After completing all tests for taking rest we book the hotel. But it’s really a hard situation for us to take a another hotel within short span of time. I kindly request u to remove the hotel from make my trip for keeping your reputation and in future no one should face such a terrific situation from that stads

they treated me and my family very badly, I Booked 3 AC Rooms they first said that I only booked 1 room , after Proving that I booked 3 rooms. They still gave me 2 AC and 1 non AC room . The person on the counter said that I purchased ₹per room for ₹per room ...because I am poor and cannot afford a full amount of room. Later my mom got angry then they lied and said they will give me 200 ₹cashback, they Did Not give any Cashback and I didn't ask.

Good stay rooms are clear and clean

I had to cancel the hotel as they charge me extra money for the hotel and book a new hotel

I booked this hotel since it was very budget-friendly. However, upon arriving, the personnel there asked us for more money stating that they couldn't provide the rooms at such an amount. We were very tired after travel-ling for more than 6 hours and had no other option but to give the extra amount they asked and avail the stay. The point is, if the hotels are to ask for their own prices after arriving, then what's the reason for booking anyway? the managers stated that they had notified the makemytrip team about their change of prices and it was not reflected till then. We were really disappointed. Any failure of communication between the makemytrip team and the hotel should be settled from their own end, and not passed on to the discomfort of the customers. Totally let down by the very unprofessional and irresponsible management from makemytrip

It was literally very upsetting to hear to pay extra payment after booking. this oyo charged me extra saying the I booked at very low rate. the rate which is mentioned in your is low?
