The condition of the rooms are not at all satisfactory level. The representative of the front desk is not effective and not available. Food not available at the hotel.

No hot water, no room service and no tv room was clean, if the room service and the add breakfast was given then it is good

I booked this room with breakfast included, but the experience was very disappointing. The breakfast was not from the hotel but brought from a local roadside shop, packed poorly. Even for tea, we had to ask separately, and they brought it in glasses from that shop — not even in a flask. The room condition was also terrible. The switchboards were broken and unsafe. Overall, the hotel was in very bad shape, and it did not meet even basic standards. This experience has seriously affected . Very bad service and not recommended at all

The facilities were average. But the room wasn’t clean, badsheets weren’t clean, fungus on pillow, the cover sheet was torn out. One more thing no charging point one was behind the bed which was definitely not at the proper position for phone charging. Good part was bathroom was clean.

This place is a tourist / photos are all decked up. Support staff is shady. they will try you every step of the way. this has got to be my most terrible hotel experience yet. roads of Thiruvananthapuram would be safer than this hotel. stay away from it

Breakfast is mentioned in booking voucher , the hotel people denied free breakfast. No hot water in bathroom

Hospitality was very bad even the bed sheets were dirty and service was late and bad. has charge me over 2000/- for one night with the breakfast but the hotels staff denied to provide the breakfast overall experience was very worst.

I have opted for room with complimentary breakfast and they don't have breakfast option. I will not suggest this hotel for the stay.

Denied checkin, had to search alternate at wee hours. Make my trip staff were also not so helpful. Property is difficult to locate, staff have limited communication.

Ok, there is no lift and also no room service. If you are having heavy luggage, then you have to carry them. Bed sheets are not much hygienic. Better bring your own if possible. Ok for the price.

Even the basic amenities were denied. Delayed water supply, frequent power cut, rooms were not well maintained, ac is not working. So we asked to change the room and had few more issues there too, stayed for a night and wouldn't recommend this stay.

Stayed for two days; the hotel was well-maintained, staff was courteous, and check-in was smooth. Nice experience!

Location was good, property doesn’t serve food. Basic amenities were available but no lift considering the property structure. Service was very good.
