Actually the room and all is good but the bathroom is not so clean That’s the only problem

stay is good. but the receptionist is asking some unwanted questions.... it is irritating me

I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was courteous and responsive. What stood out was the hotel’s excellent connectivity—close to public transport, major landmarks, and easy access to the train aripo. Overall, a convenient and comfortable experience.

Stay was ok.No food/no room service (food) was available.no phones are available in rooms.Receptionist don't know to smile and talk.

it was good room in budget amount. only thing was that they have not supplied basic kit and water which normally all hotel would give.

Room service was not available even after multiple request. Waste bin was left with multiple beverage bottles(alcoholic) which was not removed even after request. Television was not in working condition. Hot water was not available on bathroom. They have all the amenities in name boards but none of them actually works. The location is very close to medical college hospital which is the major attraction.

The stay is maintained cleanly and very peaceful. Hot water is available throughout the entire day; and parking place is also quite enough which makes us feel safer of our vehicles. The stay is pretty close to the bus stand and the main road that helps us to get public transportation also easily.

No one was there to clear dustbin. Room was not cleaned properly. No one to attend complains. Bed was comfortable to sleep.

Found location through auto service. Easy to access hotel nearby medical college. Amenities found good. Only through swiggy or zomoto can bring food service not from hotel.

Location was easy to find. The attitude or the owner or manager was very rude to booking guests. Without even asking about my check out plan (08. 30 am itself ) he was demanding that people who booked must check out by 12. 00 pm. The hotel room a/c was not even up to the standards and the washroom was pathetic. Suggesting not to book

Conveniently located within walking distance of the medical college, this place offers excellent room facilities and impressive staff behavior. A great choice for its accessibility and quality service.

Room was quite bad with a heavy stuck door and uncleaned bed towel and sheet. Quite a bad experience.

There is a variation in the room standard. This was my second stay in this hotel in past 3 months. This time the room which was given to me was sub stand-ad as compared to previous stay (though i paid same. Because of poor ventilation and mosquitos we couldn't sleep properly. With me i had a two year old daughter who came for her medical check up. They did not change the room in spite of several requests.

In this property for very helpfully in hospital needed. Room in neat and clean. Help full in travel-ling for nearest bustand.
