recently stayed at Hotel Chirag and was thoroughly impressed by the value for money. This place is definitely budget-friendly without compromising on quality.The neatness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable; everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. also enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple but very tasty and a great start to the day.

The hotel location is ideal for travel being in the heart of the city. Room was just okay. Bit small and many of the electrical switches were not functioning. The bathroom did not have hotwater for the full stay even next day morning. On telling housekeeping, they said that it takes some time ..and they didn't respond or even come to check. The shower was leaking.

I have been here many times, so would highly recommend to anyone looking for peaceful stay as couple or family, with access to malls, restaurants and hospitals nearby

The Fridge wasn't working, (We didn't need the fridge anyways). It was a comfortable stay, We liked the rooms and the location of the hotel. I would rate 4.8 stars out of 5.

Our stay in Chirag Inn was excellent reception, room service every thing ws excellent, and we had a concern for fridge coz we want to keep the medicines, they changed the room immediately. So it was a nice stay in the Heart of the town, Trivandrum 👍👍

Good clean hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Improvement areas : Hot water was not there in bathroom. They give hot water in bucket after request. Breakfast can be improved.

The hotel did not have a covered parking facility within the compound. AC control was poor. The toilet did not have an exhaust fan and the flush was not working properly

Neat & clean. Amenities are good. Easily access to various key points like Secreteriate. Staff behaviour very good.
