Hotel is situated at a prime location just close to Railway station, but noise of train disturbs the sleep. Room is clean and bedsheet are also clean but at night bed bugs and cockroach roam in the room.

The room was clean and service was good but the price of the food was bit expensive if you compare with the other restaurants but the food taste and quality was good .I didn't face any bad service. For this price it was excellent

Terrible Stay
The room allotted to me has no windows and full of mosquitos. Full sound was coming from Railway Station. Fan was not working and bed sheets are completely damaged.

Hotel looks good from outsode. But i could see some bed bugs in room. Rest of the facilities are ok

Staff was very cooperative.Room was neat and clean.But air conditioner was not working properly.Food in the restaurant was awesome, especially meals.

Location of property is good and room is spacious. Room and bath room are very well maintened. But, breafast has only two options, that too not of good quality. Hotel needs to improve on this aspect.

As charges the tarrif of room is very high, water bottle and driver stay not provided, room was not clean and smelling, lift is to small to carry luggage. This is an average hotel but tarrif like star hotel

"i have been staying at hotel silver sand for the past 3 days. The room is good, but i have faced some issues. Toothpaste, shampoo, and a toothbrush were not provided. Additionally, the booking photos showed a sofa in the room, but it was not available"

Booked 2 rooms, which were not found ready till my arrival at 15:20 hrs. I waited at reception for 15 minutes. It appeared that rooms were given to some other parties who have vacated late. Also check in time 0200 pm & check out time 1100 am as mentioned at the reception was not matching with make my trip.
