Room is so small. Not that good ac in room bathrooms where not looking good. Even bills where delay due to software issue and also the rate for a room is high compare to where I have stayed before not at all satisfied such a terrible place to stay

Good and near to technopark. Room service is quick here. Rooms are small, Okish for one night

Horrible experience. Booked it for the Ginger brand name but they just took over a random old hotel and renovated only one floor of it! They had given me the second floor.

I booked luxe queen room, but still the room was too small, it has a strong odour as well had to ask them to change it, and in the other one, AC’s water was falling down on the sofa

There was no smoking area. The room was very small.

Ginger Trivandrum the 3 star hotel serves good food with medium affordable price, It is in an ideal place beside NH service road and accessible with all kinds of vehicles and sufficient parking. Facilities are good rooms renovated with air conditioning and room service, restaurent together with reception area convenient for external guest too

Excellent and cordial staff, breakfast was excellent. The rooms and toilets and lobby were well maintained

I had a very enjoyable stay, and I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. The quality of the food was remarkable, and the location of the establishment was quite advantageous. The only downside I encountered was that the rooms were somewhat on the smaller side. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Location is excellent. Rooms and premises were neat and tidy. Food was costly.service of the staff was excellent.overall it was a good experience and worth the money

We had a pleasant stay at Ginger. The customer service was truly commendable — the staffs were professional, welcoming, and prompt in their service. Their hospitality made the experience smooth and comfortable. Room facilities were decent, though there's room for improvement. Considering the price point, including at least one meal could add more value to the stay. Overall, it was a good experience and we appreciate the service provided.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance from technopark, has a small but well maintained restaurant and decent breakfast. The rooms are really outdated, the standard rooms are unfortunately poor by any standard. There is a real lack of management and maintenance at the property
