Not at all comfortable stay. There is some Exhaust Sound and vibrations coming from lower floor. When checked, we were told that exhaust will only be stopped from 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Property needs major maintenance, washbasin was leaking.

It was ok. Changed two rooms because AC was not working in one room and in second room AC was leaking water and one part of room was with leaked AC water. Finally after going up and down settled in the third room which was ok. Food was Average. Done

soloGreat stay. The staff is wonderful and polite. They helped me a lot in settling down and food preferences were kept in mind for breakfast. I had a good experience staying there. location is great as it's close to tourist locations as well as local markets. The mall of Travancore is just walkable distance away and Lulu mall is just 10-15 min ride. I was there for work, so wifi service in the room and conference hall is excellent along with continuous service from the staff for any amenities or snacks. Overall had a good time.
