Nothing was as promised...not enough space for 3 people...no space for extra matress...power was knowingly cut for our inconvinience...there was tv which wont work...horrrible place to stay

I had booked this room and chose the option to include breakfast.extra payment was done for breakfast.when we reached the hotel the manager himself told us that there is not breakfast option and it is just a strategy to make us pay extra and attract customers.althought while making payment for the hotel the amount shown for breakfast was extra ,in the invoice that I received breakfast was written as complementary

No proper bucket and not so spacious. It is difficult to find the property as it is located behind a supermarket and the place looks hideous.

I waited more than one hour there for room

This was a terrible stay. Actly we reached property for almost 30 mint and we call several time to connect with the reception. But no one picked the call. I think this was an worst option.

Hotel ki cleanliness kaafi impressive hai, aur rates b hi budget-friendly hain. Will come again!

They asked for more money when i reached the hotel for check in at night. So i have to call you and travel-led 2 kms again as an alternate option. Anyways the second one was fine. Please don't do business with pop tavern pattom in future. It will tarnish your good will

I have seen insects running on bedroom. I didn't felt security due to door locking wasn't working properly. Wifi speed was too slow.

There is no moving space in common area. Whole family gone to the property as per map showing. Only one boy was there. No response. Whole family was not staying there. Night 10° clock gone other place. Suggestion to other tourist No stay any this place in any way.

The reception was poorly set up

The host and staffs are helpful and kind. however, the rooms constantly had a pungent and smoke smell. so, every time we enter, we asked the staffs for rooms spray. The rooms and washrooms were clean. The host and staffs are ready to help anytime with a warm smile.

Difficult to find location, lot of my time were wasted for finding this place.
