very neatly maintained home and better service compared to other property around . they provided amenities as the number of travellers and also the host was very hospitable . it's located in very close proximity to airport and padmanabhan temple .

hospitality : excellent, Sujin offered help beyond usual courtesy , giving us a list of places to visit, attending multiple requests over call on suitable alternative as I was travelling with family. a very good person Ambience: garden in ground floor is very good, peaceful... the location is bit below the ground level, so water clogs in the road in rainy season homemaker/ support: very good, available over a phone call location: close to domestic or international airport and easier access to city.

Excellent stay.Clean and neat rooms with caretaker available all times.I had requested early check in around 6 hours earlier than mentioned time.He obliged and we were greatful.Even the location is nice close almost all tourist attractions.Rooms are spacious and clean and everything was top class. had good stay,just need to replace broken rod to keep cloths in the bathroom.

stay was good,but in one of the 2 rooms that we had booked, they didn't have the cloth hanging rod and it seems just holders base was there and only holes on other side of the missing rod. The caretaker Mr Sijin guided our cab driver as we were new to the location.Good place for family to stay without getting smell of liquor and cigarettes as most of the regular hotels in #Kerala have. online food orders come within 30 to 40 minutes. There is nice garden in the front area of the homestay which is nicely maintained.

Location and amenities wise, it was good. Services and host was welcoming. The only thing that was off was dirty towels. Apart from that everything was good.

Location is too good. Within 3 km of airport. It’s a home stay only, not providing food. But there are many restaurants near to it.

It's home stay, so it looks like a house with individual bedrooms, bed is king size, tv also available, toilet flush was not working that was a bummer, food is not available, so you have to got to the junction to get food which they told earlier location was near to highway easy access, overall good stay
