Pleasant Stay but food leaves a lot to be desired.
We booked a room in this property by Treebo group for 2 nights. Rooms were great in terms of cleanliness and amenities. When it comes to the staff, they were not very welcoming or friendly. Talking about the food, the complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Specifically the sambar and the fruit juice contained several buckets of water each, making them watery.

Budget Friendly rooms.
Room was very much spacious. Also very neat and clean. Staff was also friendly and always available for our assistance. Food was Ok..

Terrible Stay
The images shown were false and not showing the real condition of the rooms. There were cockroaches in cupboard and when I switch on the AC weird smell was coming. The furniture was too old and towels were also too much used.

Average Stay
Treebo Park Chalakuzhy is strategically located. Midway between Tvm Medical college & Pattom Kesavdasapuram road Reasonable parking space. Rooms are good. But Towels are old and rag like Kettle has to be taken to bedside to make tea Breakfast tastes like it's deliberately made so that guests don't eat well. Menu shows boiled egg. But nothing kept. When we asked for it they got back to us after 10 mins that it wud b delayed. We then asked for an omlette which was served only after repeated requests. We had lunch at the Malabar restaurant on ground floor. They insisted on being paid upfront on the grounds that restaurant is under a different management. However they agreed to take payment at checkout time. But we never ate from there again

Stay near Medical College, Trivandrum
The stay was good and there was breakfast everyday at the restaurant. The room was cleaned and maintained well.

It was easy to check in. The room was big and clean to stay. The staff behaviour was good with us. They provide every information we need. The only problem was breakfast they don't give you many options. so breakfast needs to improve.

Below Average Experience
My overall experience was below average. The bath towel provided was not properly cleaned, and despite requesting a replacement from the receptionist, it was not changed. The staff were not welcoming, and there was a noticeable lack of basic customer service—no smiles, no greetings, and nothing offered unless specifically asked for. The receptionist only started to smile when I mentioned I would be writing a review. This is not the kind of service one expects, and I hope improvements are made

Property location is good and auto service is available easily. Room service , cleanliness also good. Complimentary breakfast is not great. They don't have much options. fruits & juice also same for 7days. Food taste is average.
