Overall it was good. Very polite staffs. We booked a standard room, but it was very much congested room. Spider webs are found in window curtains. Remote were not working. Used moisturiers were found in bathroom racks. We felt itching when we spelt in bed. Lift accessible is there. Breakfast was awsome taste. Need to improve a little more

Budget hotel with decent food option

Rooms were decent with clean bed sheets. However, all the toiletries were not provided as mentioned by Treebo. Stayed with my wife and 1 year old baby.

Room was not that great, bathrooms was too small and people with claustrophobia may have serious issues. Food was ok. Parking was also good enough. Overall experience was just ok but nothing great. For me size of bathroom was a concern.

Extremely Disappointing Stay with Poor Service and Cleanliness

I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel. The services were extremely poor and not worth the price. During breakfast, I found spider kids roaming around on the plate, which was absolutely disgusting. The hotel does not provide lunch or dinner, so I had to order from online food vendors just to eat. To make matters worse, when I called the staff requesting four spoons, they responded saying, "You already took four spoons in the morning, so we cannot provide you with more spoons." This response was not only ridiculous but also unprofessional. The staff's behavior was rude and dismissive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. I would never recommend staying here, and I certainly won't be returning.

Average room. Ac was having dust. Curtains were old. Overall cleanliness was ok. Remarkable thing is the courteous staff there. One of the girls in the reception even shared their charger with me for one day

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received at jp residency on october 22, 2024. Unfortunately, the employees displayed unprofessional behavior, failing to provide the room i had booked. Instead, they were rude and uncooperative. As a frequent traveler across india, having stayed in numerous hotels, i have never encountered such poor treatment from management and staff.
