Great stay!
I would highly recommend this place — for the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. Breakfasts were well served and enjoyable. The only improvement could be the addition of a lift, which would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a very good stay, and the staff were extremely cooperative.

Good Stay
This hotel continues to be my No.1 choice whenever I stay in Trivandrum. The location is excellent and convenient for travel. The complimentary breakfast is good, and the in-house restaurant serves delicious food with great variety. The staff are always polite and helpful, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. I also appreciate the management’s prompt efforts in addressing any complaints or concerns. Overall, it’s a reliable and satisfying place to stay—I highly recommend it.

This was my second stay with my wife, and once again, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is budget-friendly while still offering essential amenities such as air conditioning, hot water, a kettle, and tea/coffee-making items. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay. Good Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is very good, making it convenient to reach nearby attractions and facilities. The free breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. The room was spacious, which added to the comfort. However, there were some drawbacks. The hotel has no lift/elevator, which made carrying luggage to upper floors difficult. The AC had a leakage problem, with water dripping onto the bed, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the room did not provide basic toiletries, which I expected as a standard. Overall, it was an average stay—good in terms of space, location, and breakfast, but the maintenance issues and lack of facilities could be improved.

awesome budgeted stay with breakfast..
very happy with the stay..i stayed with my wife and 4 year old son. the staffs are super polite and helpful. the rooms are so clean and hygiene for the budget they provide room. complimentary breakfast was also super.not sure why too many negative comments on the breakfast.probably because of south Indian type prepration which does not suits for guest.. only 2 improvement suggestions..rooms does not have a Celing fan.. bathroom/toilet does not have a lock .that's strange..!!

Terrible Stay
The property is just a show piece, everything is broken. Bathroom tap has issue, cupboard is broken, bed is slightly torn, kettle is broken, etc. Complimentary breakfast is highly worse. They just gave us Upma and said that's all they can afford. I had a pleasant stay at Kochi booking with Treebo but here in Trivandrum I'm highly disappointed. A random inspection to this hotel is needed. This random check will tell how poor things are maintained.

Poor Stay
Pros: 1.afternoon food was really good 2.They allowed extension for three hours. Cons:. 1.There was electricity problem 2.breakfast was not good just one main course,toaster not working 3.toilet was having block 4.service was not good 5.room wasn't maintained properly,had lot of dust 6.lift facility not available

Current ( power ) has gone from 3 am and negligence from staff and manager
Current ( power ) has gone from 3 am , when I asked them they said it’s just for few rooms and my room got affected and when I tried to talk to manager, he said he will call back but they didn’t!

Had a pleasant stay! The staff were friendly and approachable, and the complementary breakfast was nice. The overall ambience was great. However, we did notice that, only a handwash bottle was provided instead of bathing soap, which was a bit of a drawback. Nonetheless, it was a lovely experience.
