staff behaviour is very good. Complementary breakfast and dinner also good. location... very near to the railway station. but toiletries not kept in one of the rooms. had to ask for it. without any delay, it was supplied. ac in single room was not working properly. don't know whether they will change the room or repair it in the midnight. (I didn't call the staff since it was midnight when I woke up due to very low cooling effect of the ac. then slept with the window open.

Selected single room. Many of the amneties mentioned were not available. The fan in the room was not working, no kettle, mug in the bathroom was broken, food was pathetic, the key holder was broken and automatic electricity switch off and on was not working, the cupboard and tables were of pathetic quality, the chair provided had a broken arm rest The only positive was the proximity to the railway station

affordable room and good maintenance, worth the money spent , near by railway station, better for people who are traveling a day or more, and restaurant is there if needed food can be bought

The hotel owner is very humble a kid lover person..food is very tasty the lady who cooked for us is very good person..he manage to cook north indian food for us and is very tasty..overall a very pleasant stay there...

Stay was a pleasant experience. Very near to Kochuveli railway station and walkable distance to Karikakom Chamundeswari Temple.
