They rejected hotel entry and provided alternate hotel which is pathetic and the direction given is completely wrong

I paid extra amount for breakfast they didn't provide breakfast. I already raise the complaint regarding this to mmt. But no response

They didn't provide breakfast complimentary. I had paid including breakfast. Rooms also not clean, No towel.. I reached hotel at 1am. They asked me to vacate by 12 pm sharp. not allow 30 mins extra.. Also their location also wrong which you given while I booked. it took 40 mins to reach the hotel.

i had booked the room with breakfast facility and they not provide breakfast they said to us no restaurant here and i didnt get refund and the room was too small and short very very bad experience I had booked the room with breakfast and there is no breakfast provided

Bathroom was not clean and hygiene. As well the corridor.

The stay is okay. Staff is okay. They dont provide food or tea coffee. If you want to take hotel, just to sleep, then fine

When we reached, the reception person told us that they do not have any rooms available. When we showed our mm t booking, they started making excuses like no electricity and that their rooms were sold out. We showed them that their rooms were still showing as bookable on mmt, they said that those are not right and they asked us to contact mm t support instead. Absolutely irresponsible staff who seemed utterly incompetent in running their hotel.

Wonderful stay good service the lefort lux has provided

The hotel was budget friendly and sufficient for 2 persons

we booked super hotel o lefort luxe hotel by poptracem located in "oyo lefort luxe by poptavern, tc ,92/2361 vura 111bnear royal drive bypass road, highway, park road, anayara, thiruvananthapuram, kerala 695029 " this address. and when we reached there the reception team told that they us that there is no bookings in our name you hotel is shifted to other area and sent us another location " fwvh+m76 le fort, pettah, thiruvananthapuram, kerala 695024 . and accordingly we reached that place and we knew that we got fooled. and when we talked with the receptionist in the second hotel we knew that the receptionist got a call from 1st totel and told them to arrage 3 rooms, thats all they know. and we called the 1st hotel and they told that they don't have rooms, they got a bulk booking and all the rooms got filled. and we were forced to stay at the second hotel were we don't get hot water, no wifi etc. didn't got any amenities except soap and towels that they mentioned while booking. they didn't even had a telephone in the room.

Totally the worst experience i have ever had. When i booked the hotel they were offering me 3 days of complementary breakfast. But i don't get breakfast for any single day. I lost my money.

Hotel is in an inside narrow road in a residential location. Very poor staffs behaviour, no one in reception for checkin, rude behaviour of staffs although room was clean

The stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. And also a 15 min walk from the nearest bus stop to the location. The room was clean, spacious and had nice features. I am very satisfied with the service provider by you.

The room given was just next to reception and people who seems like owners where talking loudly from reception and had switched on tv loudly

Good hotel and rooms were clean but room service was the bad experience for me because i have booked 3 rooms but while checking in you gave only 2 rooms one was under cleaning you said and in 10 mins it will be available you said after 2 hours we got that room that too after asking so many times that made me dissaapointed rest all was good. The mm t booking said charges are inclusive of breakfast. But they don't provide breakfast at this property. Otherwise, it is a decent property.

Nice stay and good hospitality,but the accessing the apartment is too difficult bcoz the map are showing wrong location

Awesome stay experience 🫶🏻. Amenities was Okay but hassle free no restrictions. We stayed there for 2 days and it was nice. Ventilation was good with good room size. Air conditioning was available so night was also peaceful

Rooms are exactly as advertised. Helpful staff and everything is good. Highly recommended.

This hotel was an excellent choice for a weekend getaway. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff made our stay enjoyable.
