Excellent Room, friendly staff, Near Central RS. Room linen quality is Good, Neat and clean Odourless toilet, with toiletries. Checkin and Checkout time should be flexible. at least 2Hour early checkin to be allowed

Had a really pleasant stay! The ambience is nice and relaxing, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty with good variety — definitely great value for money. Everything was well maintained and organized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!

Overall room was very small as compared to the pictures on the internet. Restaurant closed early around 10 pm and portion size was very small. We ordered milk and it was only small cup and then we asked again they said it is closed. Breakfast buffet was very small , they were asking then preparing it took lot of time to provide breakfast that too with 3 options. Also in the breakfast they provided only 1 cup of milk then they charged for another cup. This is not 4 star hotel

Check-in was swift, and to my delight, they’d already noted my preference for a quiet room on a higher floor.

Residency Grande Trivandrum is a very good stay option for business travellers in Tvm. Well appointed, clean rooms with all modern amenities, the staff is friendly and good options in Breakfast. Only suggestion is please included fresh juice in breakfast and have cold water bottles in the refrigerator.

I stayed at Hotel Regency Grande, Thiruvananthapuram with my wife and we had a great experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, definitely good value for money. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the food at the attached restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, Hotel Regency Grande is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Thiruvananthapuram. With its affordability, cleanliness, great service, and quality dining, it’s a place I would gladly return to and recommend to others.

The property is newly renovated. - Room was neat - A/c ,toilet, Bed sheets all clean. - Resturant available below the hotel - Room service timing can be improved - Daily room cleaning can be improved

Hotel is new or recently renovated. its ready with all modern amenities. Its very good place of you are looking for economic comfort. Its location is plus point. Surrounding is calm even when its near bus stand and railway station. Food is okay 4/5. staff is new / not experienced. but all of them are soft spoken and helpful in nature. Rooms 5/5

Excellent Property , reception team is simply superb, beautifully designed rooms , excellent housekeeping, ( Note-Better to refer cleanliness rating after 1 year as this property is new ), unfortunately all said positives got spoiled by food , my stay was 09Jun - Bharat Bandh Day , hence all nearby restaurants are closed & I am forced to have food from here , opted Chicken Perattu(A famous Dish from Trivandrum) with chapati/porotta , they pasted some masala on boiled chicken and served , masala didn’t got blended and tasted like raw, Porotta was too rough, finally ordered Lime Soda , they didn’t served in cool soda . All efforts done by other departments spoiled by restaurant team , all departments except restaurant deserves 5/5, restaurant 0/5, overall rating 3/5 .
