There is no hot water available in toilet and wall dampness there all over not feel like a hotel stay

Parking only for 3 cars. Was asked to park outside. Drinking water not provided. Had to pay for a bottle of water. Was not escorted to the room, had to find it myself. The room smelled bad. The towel provided was torn. Overall experience was bad

Not worth for money. Room was neat and clean. But very old linen and bedsheet, very old towels. They charged 1500, but it's looks like an old lodge. They have to upgrade the rooms or reduce the price according to its vintage.

Really not good please dont choose this hotel no hospitality from hotel manager and all the mattress and pillow and not washable not i booked collection o capital but hotel name is ayillath hotel avanue

It's been travel-ling 16years i never face such idiots who's spoke to me very rude. They feel they are the superior for the hotel they don't have an sense to how to treat a guest. I am strongly not suggest this hotel to any business man

I ordered for a bottle for water in that 20 rs mrp print on bottle but they charged me 25 rs. Room conditions was very bad and bed sheets are very old. Really bad experience

Booked at a discount rate for 3 nights, but they demanded extra amount for checking in and i had to pay. No breakfast in there in restaurant. Restaurant food items are good but very expensive. Rooms are well l maintained. My rooom had no lock and the handshower had leaking issues.

Poor hospitality, hotel doesn’t have any arrangements to provide tea or coffee. Only available after 8am.

They have paid me extra 400 rs for the booking. Bathroom is not cleaned. Used bedsheet. No proper lock for bathroom doors.

Stay was good. But the hotel authorities took double rate than the rate shown in the make my trip app. It was really uncomfortable and unexpected. I dont understand why it is showing lesser rate in the app and make it larger in hotel. No thank you

They are charging more amount even after i booked through make my trip, moreover when i reached there they said no room is vacant and i waited there till 4. 00 pm for check in, it was 12. 00 pm check in

it was really a bad experience from the check-in time till night. i had to pay rs. 700- extra at the propertyprovided me a great discount. they said they can't accept the customer at this lowest rate. oyo also couldn't help me out and since time was running out i paid extra. for dinner, they were not ready to provide the food i ordered from their menu and the restaurant guy (an old man) was rude. i went out and had the dinner from the nearby hotel. ac remote was not working. bathroom door locks are damaged.

The stay was good and hygienic.
