Writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience i had with a recent booking through your platform. Booking details: hotel name: south gate hotel booking date and time: 7th november 2024, 11:50 pm upon my arrival at the hotel, i informed by the hotel staff that they do not have any contract or association with makemytrip. Despite my confirmed booking and payment, they refused to accommodate me, leaving me stranded during heavy rain in an unfamiliar city. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was unprofessional and behaved in an unacceptable manner, adding to my distress. Given these circumstances, i kindly request: 1. A full refund of the booking amount paid for the south gate hotel. 2. Compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and additional costs i incurred due to this incident.
