pillows in the bed are truely feels like which is made from wood. so sleep was a worst experience.. and packed water is not the actual minimum water, the has a chlorine tase.. i think that's filled from the washroom near bed room.

Everything was nice without water supplied in the room. It's not packed water. Already filled water from the washroom. & showing like it's fully packed water bottle

Good for solo travellers . No toiletries. AC working . 2-3 km from Railway station.. Near famous Mother plaza restaurant for sadya meals. Near Zoo .

It was good, quick refresher & rooms were quite clean & acceptable

The rooms were old, dark, dingy, cold with walls stinking of mold and then requested for alternative room with sunlight again the room was freshly painted and smelling of paint.

Terrible experience, this hotel is completely different from what we saw on the booking websites: it is unhygienic, poorly maintained, and the shower doesn't work properly. The most troubling issue is that the water bottles are refilled with tap water and passed off as mineral water. Even the tv isn't working, and the ac remote isn’t functioning. Additionally, all the sheets have stains on them.

Not cleaned properly the bed and towels was very dirty 😖 no mini fridge what the mention and no WiFi it was so poor nowadays and assistance the reception was so bad response

I have booked ac room for my official stay for one day. It was the very bad experience from the hotel. Unfortunately rooms bed sheets are not washed. I report the reception and they are checked 5 rooms for me and all are in the same conditions.

Ac was not working in the room, after repeated requests to repair the ac nothing was done. Bed sheet was dirty.

Nice stay. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

Dear team don't cheet your customers. keep basic standard Never and ever Iam not recommended Oyo and Price Palace Trivandrum. Dont get a Room in Princes Palaces. Get a Lodge more than better for this Hotel.

Parking problem, no towels in the room, no hot water, people were not cooperating, day to day room cleaning was not done. Totally very bad experience

The property is located at the heart of the city offering easy accesss to places. Apart from that the hotel has nothing much to offer. The bed linen were dirty, shower was broken, door handle of bathroom was broken. Also the hotel offered poor parking ffacilities. I stayed there for five days paying something close to 12k yet the facilities stood nowhere near to 5k.

The room was untidy. The bed sheets were stained and the towel was wet. There were no toiletries available in the room. Not worth the money.

I think this hotel only suitable for friend and unmarried couples. Its very terribly stay. And rooms are very congested.

Poor satisfaction. The payment was shown at the time of booking and then i had to go to the hotel again and make the payment.

The hotel stay was comfortable and peacefull. Staffs were friendly and helpful l, it's a good place for couples in this price range and also the toilet and room were neat and hygiene. Hotel surroundings were peaceful l and less noisey, i didn't ordered food from the hotel so don't know about the food quality or taste. I am happy about the stay and planning for another visit.
