rooms are not clean and staff are not friendly people. I think it's like waste of money to start in this hotel. and many of the people not aware of this hotel

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were completely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. They were uncooperative and hesitant even for small requests, which made the stay extremely frustrating. The rooms are very small and not comfortable. The support staff were rude and not at all helpful. To make matters worse, the hotel does not have its own kitchen for breakfast—they buy it from outside and serve it only after 9 AM, which is very inconvenient for guests with early plans. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It was a highly disappointing experience.

Pleasent stay .. it’s very close to all tourist attractions and uber is easy to catch. The room is pretty small being solo was not an issue but for couples it will be. Also bathroom is not upto mark. No breakfast. But budget friendly

I check in by 1 o'clock Wednesday they give me a room without AC and later they switched on AC using some other room remote and the AC did not work properly. main issue is power cut happened for every 5 minutes and they just turning the previous button continuously but the power does not available all the time. later I decided to check out and did the same by 5:30 in the evening same day. very very unexpected and poor service. I didn't stay for even a half day and I expect reimbursement for this.

could locate easily with the help of location map. Thpugh the room is small, but it is quite ok for the money. Room is clean and neat. very good location, nearer to temple and rly stn and bus stand. many food restaurents are very nearby.

Review of rem-ya hotel i recently stayed at rem-ya hotel and had a mixed experience. Positives: the room and bathroom were clean, which is always a plus. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby hotels and tourist attractions. Negatives: the room felt quite small and congested, making it a bit uncomfortable. The 11 am checkout time is enforced very strictly, which i found inconvenient. Since i checked in at 1:30 pm, i expected at least a grace period of 20-30 minutes. They charge for mineral water, which many hotels provide complimentary. Overall, it's a decent stay if you're looking for a clean and well-located hotel, but the room size and strict checkout policy might be a downside for some guests.

Very worst hotel i have seen ever. No room service no parking and worst room for the cost given. We stayed as family took two rooms but no proper guidance provided there. Also no extra things like soap towel water bottle is not provided. No lift

The room is neat and clean. It's small in size, but have all the basics covered. Washroom was clean. Toiletries, blanket and drinking water were provided. The property actually named as rem-ya residency. It caused confusion and took some time to locate the property. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
