Worst stay..the picture doesnt match the room .there is no tv remote. ,and before i get the room the. Floor was full of ashes and the lock was not even working fine

not as per show in pic not properly cleanship and pathetic condition of bedsheet only one light work

Not hygiene, Not enough staff, poor Brakefast, over all very very bad experience, never ever choose

Room was untidy. Flush was not working. Morning when i went to bath. No water for 45 minutes. Very bad experience

Attempts to call them took me to their call centre. It took 2 calls and 20 mins to just get the contact number of the property. I had paid for the property and informed them that I would check in late night. In a little while they called me back with a weird claim that there water supply was disrupted and that they are allotting me another property. I had to agree because I was out of time and in the middle of boarding a flight. The allotted property was quite average. There was no lift and I didnt even receive help in carrying heavy luggage. Very very unreliable property. I had opted for it since it was near to the hospital where my dad was admitted. My whole journey was due to this emergency. This property just added to the woes. Strongly recommend avoiding.

1. No tv due to no wifi 2. No water force hot water 3. Though sufficient space available, require large scale repair/ renovation. 4. No intercom 5. Rooms in 2nd floor but no lift. 6. Location is good. Staff behavior good.

It's a good stay, but lobby guy was behave not good and he is asking more money, then ac is not working, bed linens not changed, room full deist, how to they give room to costumers like this condition, mattress quite good, we entered the room i am first checked the washroom full dirty what is this

There is no elevator in the hotel and we need to carry out luggage by our self to the room. We have booked an air conditioning room but the ac did not even turned on.

Amazing place, wonderful location, staff was nice, they changed our room after one complaint. Booked for fifteen hundred rupees. Just not totally worth it. 4 star review for sure
