There is soap, towel or bedsheet provided, and there a some mosquitos in the room. The room is a bit conjusted and no bottled water is provided. Had to pay approx 4950 for this small room. I want to cancel the booking

The receptionist was treating us in some awkward way. Haven't provided bedsheet, towel and soap. Can't sleep due to mosquitoes. Most importantly it took almost 2 houra to find the hotel since location provided was not accurate.
