Wonderful hotel to stay in Trivandrum near Sri Padmanabhaswamy hotel west fort. This is my all time favourite hotel for stay as well for dining. Highly flexible management team for check-in/out support.

Location was good on back side of temple and transportation also near by the stay then the food also available at there hotal good breakfast about the stay we book 6 bed for family recomend for family staff care about we good service then room was clean and good and give a locker that' good then the toilet was nice maintened overol i give 5 out of 4 ❤️

Claimed a full amount by this hotel. By seeing the condition of room we checked out on the same day. Hardly we have not stayed 30 Minutes also in the room. Waste of Money and time. Rooms are seems like Bachelor room. Felt not safe for family stay.

hotel is very near to West entrance.... don't take 10 bed non ac room, it is horrible to stay.... because ground floor kitchen heat coming directly into room....... wash rooms okk... food in this hotel also good... ac not cooling well in ac rooms......

When i booked room they some another room photo and when i reached to location they give me very old room also wash basin not working and some nap are leaked so very bad experience behaviour is okay and restaurant food is very tasty and it's only one day stay to i am stay in this room also we asked to hotel manager please upgrade my room to non ac to ac we will give extra amount but they not help me so not good at all

First they give us wrong room it’s really waste after 1 hour they came and inform us it’s mistakenly give and they change the room. There down side hotel available but food not allowed in room my father have leg problem he cannot wake hard to walk by the stair.
