Wonderful hotel to stay in Trivandrum near Sri Padmanabhaswamy hotel west fort. This is my all time favourite hotel for stay as well for dining. Highly flexible management team for check-in/out support.

Location was good on back side of temple and transportation also near by the stay then the food also available at there hotal good breakfast about the stay we book 6 bed for family recomend for family staff care about we good service then room was clean and good and give a locker that' good then the toilet was nice maintened overol i give 5 out of 4 ❤️

who gave me room?? the hotel people sayed that no room is available..my payment is gone..I never recommend makemytrip..

The stay was pleasant, and the location near the temple's west gate made it convenient to visit the temple at any time. The food was also good.

very easy check-in and also very clean room and toiletries , staff is very supportive Very close to Sri Padmaswami Temple just walking distance of 3 mins , also good food in the restaurant excellent crusine

Claimed a full amount by this hotel. By seeing the condition of room we checked out on the same day. Hardly we have not stayed 30 Minutes also in the room. Waste of Money and time. Rooms are seems like Bachelor room. Felt not safe for family stay.

hotel is very near to West entrance.... don't take 10 bed non ac room, it is horrible to stay.... because ground floor kitchen heat coming directly into room....... wash rooms okk... food in this hotel also good... ac not cooling well in ac rooms......

Room was bad. No hot water. Noise pollution. location is near to south gate of the temple. food is good

Good stay for us to visit sree Padmanabha temple hope we will visit again .its nearest place to visit temple with food facility

Hotel is easily accessible from sri anantha padmanabha swamy temple. Facilities are fine, however there is no lift for this property.

Very nice and well maintained rooms. Well behaved and cooperative staff.

The location was great but rooms are average.

When i booked room they some another room photo and when i reached to location they give me very old room also wash basin not working and some nap are leaked so very bad experience behaviour is okay and restaurant food is very tasty and it's only one day stay to i am stay in this room also we asked to hotel manager please upgrade my room to non ac to ac we will give extra amount but they not help me so not good at all

The rooms were clean. Staffs are friendly and answered all our queries. Overall a good budget stay.

Hotel manager response is very good. Other hotel staff also good behaviour but in room some places are small cockroaches there.

The accommodation is good. The reception by staff is excellent. It is nearby temple and most convenient for going to darshan of lord padmanabha swamy. But the only thing lacking is hot water for bath which was promised but not provided.

Room alongwith bathroom was in good condition. AC was working. safety is also good. very Near to west gate of padmanabhaswamy temple. recommended for family or anyone

First they give us wrong room it’s really waste after 1 hour they came and inform us it’s mistakenly give and they change the room. There down side hotel available but food not allowed in room my father have leg problem he cannot wake hard to walk by the stair.
