East Coast Sanketham

It is very bad to stay here, not at all have facilities as mentioned. No wifi connection, sometimes it will get, mostly not available. Which is the most priority for me. Secondly not have good bedsheet and blankets.

poor room condition. no basic cleaness. no towels. no bed sheets. dirty poor bug bed cover. stained pillow. lots of mosquitoes and lots of bugs . spider cockroachs . even worm 🐛. fan doesn't work . full of dust you can't breath. very poor dirty uncleaned rooms. smoking ashes every where floor is dirty mud

Average stay, but below average for the price. Old building with a few maintenance, but staffs are friendly

The stay was nice and i don't see anything to be blamed. The staff is also kind. And know how to communicate with costumers

The rooms are not cleaned daily even when the keys are handed over. The bedsheet and bedcover were not properly cleaned. The toiletries were provided after asking. Mineral water was included in the booking but when asked it was told that they do not provide any bottled water. Also there was a lizard in the room and even after informing no action was taken.

No wifi facilities. No amnesties that are necessary are provided. Poor service. Ac does not have a switch from inside. The front office staff can only operate it

Terrible, to say the least. 1) the booking was made for 3 persons. No extra bed / arrangements to sleep 3 persons. The staff expressed their inability to do so. 2) the ceiling fan was not working and we could not sleep in the absence of a fan due to the hot & humid weather and the presence of mosquitoes. The staff expressed their inability to make any arrangements in this regard. 3) the room was not cleaned at all. The staff expressed their inability to do so. 4) no alternate room was provided on the pretext that there was no spare room available. Please avoid staying in the property, which cannot provide even the basic amenities required.

Good stay at sanketham. Good behaviour and services. Nice rooms. Even safe for girls to stay alone.

Nice location, friendly atmosphere.there is no any kind of disturbances also affordable price. Next time I prefer same location.

I find this in make my trip app, this property was good, but on sleeping time i feel the bed was not properly cleaned there is dust in the bed, i cough.

Simply neat and clean rooms. Booked through makemytrip. Staffs are very friendly.

The stay was perfect, the room' and the bathroom were properly cleaned. Very near to kanakakkunne palace, nishagandhi auditorium and capt lakshmi park. Many restaurants are available in walkable distance

The room was spacious and the persons were good. The location of the hotel is near to the airport and neighborhood was nice.

Different room was given spacious but no toiletries was a let down

Good setup, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, all amenities provided except food not available at sanketham, but plenty of hotels nearby

I had booked a non ac room for 1 adult as i had to come here for some work, it is a good accommodation for the price

First of all there was no hotel named sanketam and it took some effort to locate east cost media entertainment office, studio, guest house. So this a company guest house advertised as a hotel. The room was ok. But the lift was dysfunctional for half the time. It was tough for me to climb up and down since i am a senior citizen. There was no restaurant as part of the guest house. Please check the board outside the building in the place of sanketam as attached. Sorry i don't want to rate such illegal hotels

Nobody dont stay there. Too bad. Not hygienic

1. Issues with toilet Plumbing. Reception told does not his concern, talk to the manager. Manager not available and also not picking the call. 2. No room cleaning and related services. Reason: due to new year holidays, only one person available at the hotel to attend all guest. Please close the hotel if you cant provide the services. 3. Rooms are connected through doors. The guest in the next room were heavy smokers and smoke and smell was comming to our room.
