Unfriendly staff, no breakfast spread they just prepare to order, no hot water, not kids friendly. Not recommended

Very good location — accessible, close to restaurants and nearby areas. Rooms are clean, neat, and reasonably spacious. Many guests comment that the interiors are well kept. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Good remarks for hospitality and service. Good food / restaurant service. Guests say the in‑house restaurant serves tasty meals. Value for money is decent, especially given the amenities one gets.

Location & Food was good however there were issues pertaining to Loud music on the terrace bar and Hot water was not warm enough for a shower .Room & washroom was clean but Room service could be improved for giving a better rating !!

Property is good surrounded by restaurants. But there was no hot water for all 5 days that we stayed. Breakfast was ala carte and inhouse kitchen served only from 8am to 10.30pm. For someone who came for a tournament. It didnt work well.

.Room door was already open when we reached our room. .A/C remote provided but no instructions on how to turn on A/C especially when there was no wall unit. linen not changed. changed when requested. breakfast took one hour

Property was easily accessible but the room we got 206 was not good . there was no shower . and the the sound at night from the bar was disturbing .

The room was good but can be maintained better. The view of the UST campus was really good. Overall a good experience.

I checked in at midnight but the hotel staff was available and attentive as in the day time so it was good to see that . Room is spacious clean and with all amenities. staff is very polite and helpful. it's a great experience to be here and I will stay here only for my next visits also. Excellent experience.

Found the location through make my trip. Amenities were great. One thing i like most about the hotel was, they allowed us to do early checkin without charging any additional bill. And room service was also great.

Rooms are not that clean, bathroom pipes are falling down. No daily cleaning service provided. Behaviour of the staff is good. Its an average stay. Food is good. Can be more better in this pricing.

The hotel is economical, neat, clean and prompt support from the boys. Recommended for family as well. The room is big.
