Comfortable stay. Very close to the Padmanabha Swami temple.

Good hospitality. Neat maintenance. Good customer service. Friendly sraff. Helpful to the guests. Here and there one or two Miskitos and hose flies at the reception which is to be taken care off.

Peaceful hotel and comfortable rooms. Liked the stay and recommended. A bit small but treat this as a boutique hotel

Worst experience in terms of hospitality and politeness. Booked a family suite room and the amenities was of a normal deluxe room. No hair dryer, bath essentials nor a good spread of breakfast menu. Not a happy stay at all, wouldn’t recommend

Easyily identifiable property, located in the city. Good view from rooms. Accessible to all tourist locations. Railway station is nearby, travel friendly. Valet parking only and they were also very prompt. Had a pleasant stay, spacious suite room. Excellent hot shower and bath tub. Breakfast buffet menu count is less but taste was very good, except idly and dosa.

It was a pleasant stay and we had a nice complimentary breakfast. Well maintained and service was exceptional.

Clean, very well maintained rooms with friendly services team. Also very convenient place for padmanava temple darsan and other tourist places.

We arrived at 1. 30 pm. Got the key of our room after finishing the formalities. Room is clean and all amenities are provided. Extra bed was provided with cot(not on floor). There was no hesitation from the receptionist to our request of our requirement. Staff are cordial. The location of the hotel is in prime place, near to railway station and sri padmanabhaswamy temple. Room service is available. Food is costly. But good and cheap restaurants including veg restaurants are available nearby. The parking place is available. I'll recommend for a short stay.

As per hotel charges is concerned the rooms are good, but service is not at all satisfactory and not upto to the mark. They need to satisfy the customers by good service. So not recommended to visit over here.

The location was quite good and also the restaurant in the hotel was quite good with great service from the staff.

The location was good especially those planning to visit sree padmanabhaswamy temple and pazhavangadi ganapathy temple. The room was clean and well maintained. Food was ok. Overall we had a very good stay at the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days and the room is very good and it has restaurant and food is very good. Breakfast is also very good, and daily, they have different items in breakfast buffet. Service is excellent, and staff is cooperative. Location is easily accessible and the temple is walkable distance.
