Review Of Hotel Saj Luciya

Wash spacing was pathetic Pathetic room was not lot of cockroaches. Kettle was not also.

Hotel charges are very high. They don't provide complimentary drinking water even if you stay more than one day. I didn't get water to drink after dinner though I rang several times to reception for water. Unfortunately I have to go to market in late night for purchasing water. The receptionist in night was helpless to provide me water.

Saying at saj Luciys was very good. Everything was good. Wevreached late so we did not eat food there .rest was very good

Located at main area and very near to the temple. Then just 4 km to reach zoo and museum and then 8 km to LuLu mall and kovalam beach 11 km. just by walk we can do some local shopping also. Room is spacious but they need to make it much more ambience like aroma and some insect free. toilet are good. some area of the hotel are under maintenance. Restaurant are also good and staff are very humble. Amenities are excellent. overall experience good. If they improved it then It will be excellent stay.

The best part of this hotel is its close proximity to the temple. You can leave your car parked here adn walk to the temple easily. On checking n, we were advised buffet breakfast from 7am. It didnt start close to 8. On asking, there was no tea or coffee available for the breakfast. Buffet options and taste was mediocre (thats being generous). Room was OK for a singe night stay.

Nice stay for family!!!! staff friendly and supportive Breakfast menu to be improve swimming pool , car parking is available. Near to padanamaswamy temple 🛕 east gate ( walkable distance)

Not value for the money, on the web showing all amenities like swimming pool Restaurant's, but it is in limited access. Bathroom glass doors are stuck and about to fall. disappointed on the stay with Saj Lusia.

Location and food is good. Room needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and pest control.We spotted many cockroaches during our stay

Welcomed by amazing hospitality, Saj Luciya sets the bar high. Check in and check out was hassle free. And the railway station being 5 mins away is truly a blessing. Don't think about it twice, go for it.

Property is good,rooms are well maintained and clean.Its close to temple which is a plus point.We also enjoyed in the swimming pool. The only thing which needs to be renovated is the lobby carpet.It was quite damp and giving bad smell.Otherwise everything else was good. Cannot comment about food as We didnot had food here

Location : Good location . Rating 5 Food : Food was good but they have to improve on it. Rating is 3 Facilities : Good swimming pool. They are undergoing upgradation & maintenance and hence some issues on AC , Internet was there. Stay was comfortable & rooms were good . Size of the room and furniture is good.

Room lighting was poor. Corridor looked so uncomfortable and shady that passing through it was not less . Bathroom was not provided with basic toiletries. No dental kit, no shaving kit was provided. Telecom was not prompt. There was a lot of delay in check in process

The entire hotel was stinking. We stayed on 3rd floor and the entire room was sleeping bad. Finally figured it was because of ac duct. Rink smelled like mold. The corridor of our floor was covered in fungus and mold and water leaking from the roof . We asked to change the room and the alternate room did not smell as much as the first one but did not take it as it had a bathtub. My parents are old for using the bathtub as there might be chances of slipping and injuries. Very bad experience

stay was comfortable, it was 200 m distance from main gate of temple. room was clean with good staff satisfactory.

Terriible stay.. Front office staff behavior not good. Response very poor.. No cleaniness in rooms and bathroom. Restaurent food waste... price is very high also....

Excellent check in and check out. Courteous staff, clean rooms and toilet. Specious rooms. Very near to Padmanabha Swamy temple. Walkable distance even for seniors. Good car parking area with in the compound.

Stay was very comfortable. The hotel was very good. Staff were very friendly. Most importantly , it is the epicentre of the city. It's very easy to find anything.
