Good. But could have been bette
The stay was pleasant. Although there were a few problems: 1. The AC in the room was going to error "C1" and it seemed the maintenance team had to reset the airway. This error occurred twice during our stay 2. The partition between the shower area and toilet was not proper. This caused the water during the shower to flow to the toilet area and in turn made the whole bathroom wet which was uncomfortable 3. The food was not up to a 4 star standard.It was ok but not great. 4. There is no closed parking for the vehicles which I personally did not like at all. In spite of all this, the staff was well behaved, room service and maintenance was always available and everyone was pleasant.

One night stay at Blue Castle
Location was as expected. Room was good though washroom flush was not working initially but was promptly repaired. However, the breakfast was below satisfaction and we went for breakfast at 9:30 am with the breakfast time being between 7:00 am to 10:30 am. The food was of low quality though salads and fruits were good, specially of breakfast. Lunch and dinner buffet was ok.

Poor Stay
1) when we went out, without our prior or permission, intimation Room service persons opened our room No. 304 and changed entire Blankets etc. even after our complaint also not taken action or reply. 2) Beside our room neighboring persons from evening 8pm (when we came back) to morning 4.00am disturbed us by way of consuming alcohal, cigarettes, singing songs, clapping, shouting louder etc, ever after our complaint also no action. 3) Reckles management. 4) Food super action required on this issue please.

Excellent Service & peaceful ambience
I appreciate the service we received from the Front office staff especially Megha & Anagha (always with a smiling face)... All other staff are also very well behaved and pleasing... Food was excellent. The room was very neat & tidy. I hope to visit again for my next vacation.
