Poor Stay
One of my colleagues lost ear buds costing 5000/ she went for meeting outside and she came back the room was cleaned and she did not find her ear buds. The room will check all the bags while cleaning.

Positive ; location _ excellent food - excellent amenties - excellent service - excellent Negative Room window door locking system not operable difficult to close .interference from maintenance team to lock window water - little yellowish in color .need to look into it All other things good except above two negative points.

The room and stay was good but the only problem was the ac was not working at night on both the days and we had a troubled sleep

The blue castle hotel is very neat and clean. All the staff's approach was very good during my stay at the hotel. Food is like home food and very tasty. This hotel stay is value for money.

Excellent Stay
Great budget friendly hotel , very near to national shooting academy ,buffet available for both lunch and dinner ,complimentary breakfast have both and south Indian varieties food available at very reasonable prices and koi fish pond in restaurant is definitely a stress reliever, friendly staff with great ambiance and hygiene.

Good. But could have been bette
The stay was pleasant. Although there were a few problems: 1. The AC in the room was going to error "C1" and it seemed the maintenance team had to reset the airway. This error occurred twice during our stay 2. The partition between the shower area and toilet was not proper. This caused the water during the shower to flow to the toilet area and in turn made the whole bathroom wet which was uncomfortable 3. The food was not up to a 4 star standard.It was ok but not great. 4. There is no closed parking for the vehicles which I personally did not like at all. In spite of all this, the staff was well behaved, room service and maintenance was always available and everyone was pleasant.

One night stay at Blue Castle
Location was as expected. Room was good though washroom flush was not working initially but was promptly repaired. However, the breakfast was below satisfaction and we went for breakfast at 9:30 am with the breakfast time being between 7:00 am to 10:30 am. The food was of low quality though salads and fruits were good, specially of breakfast. Lunch and dinner buffet was ok.
