Rooms are very conjugated and the water closet is not working and toilets are not maintenance properly. The hotel room has a bad smell.

Location, good, rooms are also good. But food is not tasty.

Located near to Medical College and accessibility to main city centres. Rooms and facilities were average. Most annoying thing was the front office staff. Note polite or helpful

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and and the location was perfect—close to everything. The food was tasty with a good variety, especially the customized food which was well prepared by Chef based on our inputs.Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The stay was good, rooms were clean. But lift service was not so good as there was power failure I need to take stairs to reach my room which was on the seventh floor. Overall I was satisfied with the stay and I recommend this hotel for overall cleanliness and service.
