Location and amenities was too good and nice service. Food was ok ok. Total experience was good. I will rate 4 out of 5

Room & bathrooms are so congested.. Average clean, Swimming pool kids area not available

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the stay and commend the great service and delicious food. However, I would like to suggest improving the soundproofing in the rooms. I noticed that vehicle sound was coming in, which made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep

This is my third visit @SP grand days and always experience a safe and an exceptional stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room is guaranteed. A breathtaking rooftop dining experience and Delicious food exceed my expectations. The combination of warm hospitality, excellent cuisine, and stunning roif top dining exoerience always make our stay unforgettable experience. Hotel located in a good place and near to city centre. Food is very good. Even Bar is very good and they provide good Cocktails. Staffs are good & courteous

Usually veg stew is made of coconut milk. Here they make it normal milk. The rate is so exorbitant and you could hardly find vegetables.

Stay was quite pleasant. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Of course the property is a bit old, but decently maintained in terms of cleanliness. Good at the restaurant was quite good. I had an excellent stay at SP Grand days. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions and public transport. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with plenty of variety. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Property location is good. More focus given on room clean. Small cockroach are in room .Some smell come in room. Hot water also not available through 24 hours. Service is good, more chance to food quality also.
