The food was great and the breakfast spread was good. The hospitality was also good. Even at late night they have fulfilled our requirements

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the stay and commend the great service and delicious food. However, I would like to suggest improving the soundproofing in the rooms. I noticed that vehicle sound was coming in, which made it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep

A breathtaking rooftop dining experience and Delicious food exceed my expectations. Hotel located in a good place and near to city centre. Food is very good. Even Bar is very good and they provide good Cocktails. Staffs are good & courteous

Usually veg stew is made of coconut milk. Here they make it normal milk. The rate is so exorbitant and you could hardly find vegetables.

cigarette smoke smell in both rooms whenever I go out and return. Hotel doesn't know how it happened

Stay was quite pleasant. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Of course the property is a bit old, but decently maintained in terms of cleanliness. Good at the restaurant was quite good. I had an excellent stay at SP Grand days. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions and public transport. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with plenty of variety. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
