Subject: unsatisfactory experience a room no. 104 i am writing to share my experience during my recent stay in room no. 104. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations i had based on the description provided I would like to highlight the following issues: 1. Room condition: the door lock in room no. 104 is malfunctioning. I had to forcefully shut it each time, which caused inconvenience and concern about security. A housekeeping staff member explained that i needed to pull the door towards me to open it, but this was not a practical or comfortable solution. Considering the high cost of the property compared to surrounding hotels, i expected better quality and service. 2. Bathroom and toiletries: despite booking a double-occupancy room, the bathroom amenities were only provided for one person, which was disappointing. I was given a torn towel There was no mat outside the toilet. I also faced a major issue with the hot water supply. When i inquired, the reception informed me that the hot water facility had been out of order for several days, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. 3. Food and breakfast: my booking included breakfast, but i was disappointed to find that the breakfast options were extremely limited. Only idly, dosa, and bread were available every day. As a guest at a hotel advertised as a five-star property, i expected a more varied and substantial buffet breakfast. Conclusion: given the above issues, i am highly dissatisfied with my stay my experience has been far from satisfactory. I kindly request that investigate these concerns and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. I look forward to your response and resolution of these matters. I have booked a hotel for 15 days. But due to an emergency i want to checkout within 5 days and i paid full payment to mmt but they are not allowed to refund. I am not satisfied due to not being allowed a partial stay.

Rooms are superb. Tasty food. But their is no staff. Only two staff at reception. They give room key. Its the duty of guest to find out their room. Need to improve.

GRT hotels offers a very cosy space at madurai. The hotel staff is very courteous and professional. The in-house restaurant and serving staff are always willing to go the extra mile for ensuring a wholesome fooding experience. Also the breakfast spread is sumptuous and healthy. One of the best places to stay in madurai and only 10-15mins from the Meenakshi temple. Kudos to team GRT👏🏻😇🤝
