I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent booking experience. Unfortunately, the hotel accommodations displayed did not match the reality upon arrival. The conditions of the hotels were extremely disappointing, with non-functional air conditioning, lack of vehicle parking, and no food and water facilities. This experience left much to be desired and does not align with the standards expected from a service provider of your stature. As a result, i regret to say that i cannot recommend to others based on this experience. I urge to improve the accuracy of hotel and ensure that customers receive the quality of service they expect when booking
