Hotel staff was amazing but I think pool was closed which wasnt informed to us before . Also hotel was not very flexible with the food of diff people coming from diff states

Good Experience
We had a pleasant stay at Classic Sarovar. They have good staff, they welcome you with a pleasant smile and take good care of you. Room was clean, nice with all required amenities. Food was also good - we had Kerala parotha with paneer. Staying there worth it. Special thanks to Alfa and house keeping staff.

The hot water didn't work and the wifi was terrible

Very nice hotel
Food was very nice and staff was extremely courteous. Cleanliness was good, highly recommended for anyone visiting Trivandrum.

Good Stay
This property is very good...the room is spacious and comfortable, staff also courtesious. Breakfast is not up to the mark, no spread...that is the only disappointment.

Good Stay
Location is OK . Food quality was good. Internet services were not available satisfactorily due to some cable issues as indicated by the service personnel. From the airport, my driver dropped me to the parking lot. it was actually connected to the basement. No board or direction to go the reception office. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The water flow in the bathroom shower was very slow. Don't know whether it was maintenance or water pressure !

A wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Sarovar. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with the railway station, government offices, zoo, and museum all nearby, which made getting around really convenient. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. Our room was clean and well-kept, and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it had a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty.

Large spacious rooms.
Hotel felt deserted in the evenings. Restaurant was hardly used by other guests. The room was very large and spacious. A/C was a bit lacking into the night.

Good Stay
The stay was good. Good hospitality. But no room for drivers to sleep. They have to sleep in the car. There is no fridge in the to keep insulin etc. Food was not good. Even charging GST. Quality of food was worst.

Beautiful hotel with promity to key templ
Nice and excellent hotel ,with very good and polite staff, Clean hotel with excellent food . The hotel is at the core of the city nearby padmanabha swamy temple .Rooms were kept clean and neat , dimensions were good for 3 people although the bathroom was a bit small. The hotel is also a nice small roof top pool which is clean and tidy. On the dining front it has a nice restaurant with excellent food .They serve veg and non veg both although ,cannot comment on the non veg though . The Breakfast is available till 10 :30 AM and complementary breakfast if opted for .Room service is available for dining and lunch.Food is pricey though with excellent taste. The hotel is ample amount of parking space. overall very good exy
