Washbasin block. Windows cannot be closed. Shortage of battery in the remote. Kindly check, I booked two times for the stay, because of net connectivity problem

1 I have booked 3 rooms at hotel but they provide only 2 rooms. 2. No water in toilet3. No hot water4. Staff everytime said 😡I dont know call Manager😡 and manager not available 5. Very small room and no window at all6. Horrible place to stay.

We had booked non-ac room for one night, as it was winter it was ok but ac rooms are proffered for the weather conditions. Very close to the railway station. Cleanliness is ok.

Not preferable. Ventilation space. Single person contact for all, second day no cleaning not changed bedspread and towels. If ask also not available

Room was pathetic, no cleaning at all, bed was full of bed bugs, toilets were looking terrible like public toilets, staff behaviour was not good at all, they were demanding extra money for early check-in,

Good accomodation. Staff were so friendly. Very near to trivandrum central railway station. Had a good experience.

Property description shows 400 sq foot room. Room has no free space (not more than 100 sq ft). Cramped bath room. It's on the second floor of some building. Not recommended for family. Linnen not good. Looked un tidy. Mi leading advertisment. It's just near the rail way station. That's a plus point

Actually they didn't even have a room and they refunded the amount and i stayed in another hotel.

Booked a A C room at The Lodge, Trivandrum. Very small lidge having 6 rooms & is situated at prime location. Size 8x12 including bathroom. A/C, Flush got immediately repaired. No cleanness. Staff co-operative. Though one hour late checkout co-operated. Not worth paying ₹during Off season.

The worst stay ever, pls do not book the hotel. The hotel rooms are full of bedbugs, mosquitos no towel, bedsheets, soap etc…. We had to move out of the hotel at midnight….worst… DO NOT BOOK

We booked 2 rooms and reached there by 11. 45 pm. Then they told us only one room is available and we have to accommodate in oe room and it was congested. Not at all responsible

First of all, room was booked for 3 people but they provided room for 2 people. We booked room for 6 nights( as mentioned in online receipt) but they were asking for another 2 nights pay there in hotel, in the name of non-ac room they provided room with no window, can be opened.

We booked three rooms. One ac executive and two non ac executive. The booking was made against availability shown in make my trip portal. But when we reached hotel, they provided only two rooms that too ac was not functioning. Rooms were pathetic in terms of hygiene.

The description provided in mm t is totally different with original location. Size is very very small. Mosquito were in abundance. So worst room service.

Fan is not working properly. So, we have very hesitated in morning section. I have a suggestion. Minimum one seeling fan to be provided to each room. I dont take any photos ok. Thank you.
