It was a repeat visit for me, but this time with family. We were touched by the warmth of the entire Staff, the reception, the house keeping and the restaurant. A special mention should be made about the restaurant Staff. They were cheerful and friendly throughout the day irrespective of the number of requests we made whether it be at the restaurant itself or for room service. Their service actually touched our family. Will definitely visit them again when in Trivandrum

It is located very close to the Military Station. The hotel is relatively new and really well maintained. The staff was very courteous. I ordered only breakfast and dinner and both were to my satisfaction. Overall I had a very comfortable stay and would be staying here again during my next trip.

The place was good as per cleanliness and all but rooms are very small, not big enough as shown in the pictures! No hindi or English channels were operating on tv . Other than that staff was good and courteous

I reached on 5th March 2025. The staff at front desk were moderate in their service. As a star hotel requested for beverage They informed no chance to get My experience on morning breakfast It was mentioned that Buffet will be served . I experienced individual order . It took around 2 hours to finish my breakfast 6th March 2025 was a horrible night . There was no power supply for couple of minutes . Once restored the power was playing hide and seek game Next day I booked my cab . The front desk staff told me to pay even the charges were below 900 rupees

Stay has met my expectations. I stayed with my family, and it was good. Rooms were neat and food was also good.

Terrible. Will never visit or recommend any of my friends. Property is new but. Breakfast is even worst. No bread. No egg. Waiter knows nothing. Everything they hv only reply no. Not available service is very very bad. Also cant have peaceful sleep due to the noice from the laundry machine
