Very good service and very clean

Stayed here for a week on an official trip, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The property is excellent, located right in the heart of the town, making everything easily accessible. The staff deserves a special mention for their courteous and professional behavior. I would rate it 98 out of 100 — deducting just 2 marks for the limited lunch and dinner options available. (However, this is a minor issue as Zomato and Swiggy easily make up for it.) Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had. Thank you!

Hi Team MakeMyTrip, I had a wonderful stay at SFS Homebridge - Premium Service Apartments in Thiruvananthapuram. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and prompt in responding to any requests, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and homely. Located centrally near Vellayambalam Junction the place has good approach from all parts the city. Rooms are neat and well kept; the food( both veg and non veg is tasty and sumptuous. A bit too heavy for an old man like me. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room service staff could be a little more prompt in removing the used food plates. Thank you.

Hygiene was poor, bed was prepared dirty with hair over the pillows. Basics were not provided (spoon, overall poor experience. Constant power failure.

The experience was great. A comfortable stay with good food. The hotel is situated close to all shops and sight seeing places too. The cleaning of rooms was perfect. The complementary breakfast was up to the mark. I recommend this hotel for anyone to stay for a short or long period.
