Comfortable stay, clean with additional bed, it was appropriate for family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 years. Location was very close , around 1 KM , from main railway station. Breakfast was awesome just felt temperature was bit too cold in dining area.

Food not as per our request very spicy even though we specified less spicy, service very slow. Room service Staff very polite. But overall improvement required.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because there were no Cable connection to the TV and no floor mats were provided. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The Hotel is ideal located. Reception and Hospitality is good. As far as food is concerned, there is a need to improve further. By and large, it is ideal for stay in Trivandrum.

Dear Chef, I recently dined at KKM International and ordered the Biryani and Fish meal. While I appreciated the service, the food was average and didn't quite meet my expectations. Both dishes had potential, but could benefit from some improvement.

This hotel is extremely substandard. The bathroom lacks even a basic soap dish. The room is dusty and dirty, and the bed sheets appear to have gone unwashed for a long time. Unprofessional activities are being conducted under the guise of a spa, with clients frequently visiting. Due to this, it's not a suitable or genuine place for families to stay. I would advise against choosing this hotel.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay and checked in around 4 pm. We immediately went out for other work and returned around 10 pm, only to find the AC was not working. I called the hotel for assistance, and they sent an unskilled staff member who fiddled with it and told us it would start working soon. We waited — nothing changed. When we complained again, the hotel finally offered to change our room — but by then it was already midnight. The “new” room’s AC was also not working properly. We were extremely tired and had no energy left to argue, so we just tried to sleep. The next morning, we woke up to find the blanket was in shocking condition — filthy, full of stains, and clearly not cleaned. To make matters worse, basic amenities like a dental kit (which were part of the package) were not provided unless we specifically requested them. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing stay: broken facilities, unhygienic bedding, and poor service. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
