Poor services with respect to house keeping, restaurant

Thanks for making my trip beautiful.i enjoyed the stay in your hotel.very good comfortable and convenient stay I had in your hotel.

Less staff to take care of your luggage once you enter and leave. Had to carry my own. Dinner - they had limited items. Couldn't make a simple veg sandwich. Asked for a banana and said will pay for the same - they said they don't have the provision to give the guest a banana. The buffet morning bf was supposed to be at 7.30. But waited till 8 to get everything. Less staff is the main problem. Looked like staff didn't have any decision making capability on small things. Non smoking room had lots of smoke when we got in.

I have booked 4 rooms for 2 nights for my families to stay. We stayed at room only night time. On checkout receptionist came and says your room tv had a minor scratch and ask for compensation. Any of ourfamily has not even used TV and unaware of this scractch. It was a really embarrassing moment for us because of this false acquisition. Really regret selecting the stay at this hotel

no Hot Water on Sunday in Bathroom due to Technical Person on leave they are hopeless to provide service then no Person or staff available at the time of Check out we have oblige to take care of our lugguage by self.. Reception person not properly responded and they are not providing bill without your request...service is very poor.. property is good like 4star...service is not good.

Exceptionally clean rooms, responsive staffs, with all amenities. Food quality needs to be improved a bit. Overall an excellent day place to stay.

Everything was wonderful and had pleasant and great experience during the stay.Room was well maintained. Rooftop swimming pool was ok in size and private.Reception manager was very helpful and kind also receptionist also very kind. Breakfast was very delicious. Very calm area walkable distance from the railway station. But only the drawback they rushed us too much for the checkout even though we were not running late to checkout(@10:30AM) and also having very moderate crowd. Abuthahir from bodinayakanur T nadu

Location is good.However, the food served for breakfast is average.Mostly the items were not made available in sufficient quantity.Made to wait for getting any dish. No vanity parking.

AC is not working properly in room number 206. even bathroom tap doesn't flow hot water, shower 🚿 works only if we hold push button. it's good for just NOTHING. Very arrogant front desk manager. late check-out they want more than offers for a full day. Last option in case all hotels are booked.

Hello I visited Thiruvanantapuram with my family to have darshan of Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple. (The temple is 2 kms from the hotel, temple darshan timings are displayed at the hotel reception desk). I choose to stay at KKM International based on user reviews. I am very glad I did so. The 4 star hotel is located at a very prime location within the city, about a km from Central railway station and bus stop. We took a UBER from Thiruvanantapuram North railway station which costed us Rs. 280 for an AC Cab. Hotel KKM is immaculate with courteous staff, a special mention and thanks to Miss. Veena at the front desk, rooms have 24 x 7 hot water supply, free WiFi @ 35 mpbs. House keeping changes the beddings and towels everyday, has a mini pantry, fridge and a mini bar (few items are chargable though), 2 liters of mineral water / day, tea bags are complimentary. To add, the amnesties available are hair dryer, laundry service, room service for food from the restaurant at the basement, NETFLIX, Satellite TV, smoke detectors and fire alarms, water sprinklers, gym and pool at 4th floor, etc. . DO not miss the Kerala authentic lunch at the hotel in the ground floor. We spent 3 days at the hotel. KKM is an asset to all the travellers. Hotel Ariya Nivas is at a walkable distance from KKM. Ariya is a pure veg hotel and a delight for vegetarians like us.

Food quality was good .Fish dish was freshly prepared and tasty. Centrally located .Could asses the local sightseeing with ease and is very quiet area away from the main road.Rooms are spacious and worth for money . Staff was cooperative and humble.

The bathroom is very poorly maintained, and similarly, the service provided during breakfast in the morning is also very bad.

The stay was great, clean rooms , friendly staff and accommodative as well. Location was accessible and central. Near by to the temples and food was good too

Excellent stay,. Room was clean, washroom very good and clean. Food was good. Staff were helpful. Overall good stay.

1. Checked in, and had issues with Room key some technical issues. 2.Room Service 1/10 They Took nearly 2 hours to get our lunch. 3. Beds are toooo cosy and bouncy /soft… needed a firm bed. Suffering from neck pain from past 3days. 4. No menus in the room… 5. Has Issues with Hot water.

Comfortable stay, clean with additional bed, it was appropriate for family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 years. Location was very close , around 1 KM , from main railway station. Breakfast was awesome just felt temperature was bit too cold in dining area.

Food not as per our request very spicy even though we specified less spicy, service very slow. Room service Staff very polite. But overall improvement required.
